Can’t see your order?
A different email address or a typo at checkout can keep an order from appearing. Check your confirmation email, then contact info@vishape.com if you still need help.

Sign in through Manage Account, open your Subscribe & Save management area, and select the plan you want to review. Your available delivery, payment, pause, skip, and cancellation options appear there. Contact info@vishape.com if you need help finding your plan.
Can I change a delivery date, skip, or pause?
Use your account’s Subscribe & Save management area to review and change eligible upcoming deliveries. Save your changes and check the confirmation. Changes to future deliveries do not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
How do I cancel Subscribe & Save?
Sign in to your account, open the relevant plan, and use its cancellation option. Complete the confirmation steps. Review the Subscribe & Save cancellation policy for advance-notice requirements. If an order has already been processed, email info@vishape.com; a change to future deliveries does not automatically cancel it.
How do I change my address or payment method?
Open the relevant Subscribe & Save plan in your account and use its shipping or payment controls. Follow any secure email link provided for a payment update. Review each active plan separately and confirm the information for future deliveries. Never email full payment-card details.
