Caught snacking between meals? That’s a good thing according to a recent study of over 2,500 men and women ages 40 to 59 years across the United States and United Kingdom. Experts found that those who ate six or more small meals in a 24-hour period had lower average BMIs, consumed fewer calories and experienced an increase in energy.
